LETS HAVE A COOL & SPIRITUAL SUMMER TOGETHER

Due to the Texas summer heat, Spiritual Saturdays will shift into a monthly indoor breathwork workshop series for the summer months.

Each experience is designed to build progressively for those joining the full series, while still standing powerfully on its own for anyone attending a single session.

A more intimate format with the same intention of connection, reflection, and inner growth.

2026 Summer Series

HANDS OF ERRA

come join us each month

This summer, Raphael Springs Academy is proud to host Hands of Erra for a four-part experiential workshop series — offered as a gift to our community.

Each session is a journey into the body using ancient, time-tested practices: breath, voice, sound, and presence. We begin with adults, then open the room to your children (ages 8 and up), and finish the series practicing together as families. No prior experience. No performance. No prerequisite. Space and tickets will be limited.

SATURDAY, MAY 30 // Adults only // 90 minutes

The Breath as Gateway

Somatic Breathwork: Coming Home to the Body

Before we can offer presence to the people we love, we have to know what it feels like in our own bodies. This session is for adults — a guided somatic breathwork experience designed to release stored tension, reconnect with the body's intelligence, and leave you with practical tools you can use every day. Mats, blankets, and eye pillows provided.

SATURDAY, JUNE 13 // Adults only // 90 minutes

YOUR VOICE IS THE INSTRUMENT

Vocal Toning, Resonance & the Sound That Heals From Within and Without

You don't need to be a musician. Your voice — right now, exactly as it is — is one of the most powerful healing instruments available to you. This session pairs vocal toning with a full immersive sound bath using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls. Active and receptive. Inner and outer. Both in one evening.

SATURDAY, JULY 11 // Adults and Kids 8+ // 90 minutes

THE BREATH AND VOICE TOGETHER

Frequency, Listening & What We Feel When We Go Still

The room opens. This session welcomes children (ages 8 and older) alongside adults. We begin with a brief group toning warm-up — everyone making sound together — then settle into a full community breath and meditation event. No two people experience it the same way. The open discussion afterward is always the most unexpected part of the evening.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 // Adults and Kids 8+ // 2 Hours

Falling Into Grace: Together

Presence, Suffering & What It Means to Actually Be With Each Other

We close the series the way we started — in the body — but this time we bring everything together. A breathwork opening. A group toning circle. A workshop on presence and the end of unnecessary suffering, drawn from the teachings of Adyashanti. And finally, the conversation that makes the whole series matter: how do these tools live inside a family? Adults and children in the room together, finding their own answers.

MEET YOUR
SUMMER SESSIONS GUIDE

Robert Hudson, (goes by Hudson)  is a combat veteran, Purple Heart recipient, MBA, Amazon Best Selling author, and founder of Hands of Erra, a healing and breathwork practice rooted in nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and embodied transformation.

After years of serving in high-pressure environments including the military, finance, enterprise technology, risk management, and leadership consulting, Hudson’s  work now centers on helping individuals reconnect with the wisdom of the body, release what they’ve been carrying, and return to a deeper sense of clarity, presence, and self-trust.

Through guided breathwork, meditation, and shamanic-informed healing practices, Hudson creates grounded spaces where participants can slow down, feel safely, and access parts of themselves that often get buried beneath stress, survival, and performance. His approach is direct, compassionate, and deeply human, blending structure with intuition and helping people remember that healing is not about becoming someone else. It is about returning to who they truly are.

For the Raphael Springs Academy Summer Series, Hudson will guide participants through breathwork and somatic practices designed to support emotional release, inner steadiness, and a stronger connection to the body’s natural intelligence.
