Lunch Program
All food is organic, grass-fed, wild-caught, gluten-free, seed-oil-free, and dairy-free optional meals — all prepared with care and delivered in eco-friendly bamboo containers.
Here’s how the program works:
Our weekly meal cadence is designed to support consistency, nourishment, and ease for families and schools. Hot, freshly prepared meals are delivered on Mondays and Wednesdays, providing grounding, comforting nourishment at the start and midpoint of the week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, children receive thoughtfully packed cold lunches in biodegradable packages (no plastic here!) that travel well, stay fresh, and remain just as nutrient-dense and satisfying. This alternating rhythm allows for variety while ensuring every child is consistently well fed with meals made from high-quality, whole ingredients—no matter the day of the week.
All meals are: gluten-free, dairy-free upon request, organic, seed-oil free and sourced locally whenever possible. Proteins are always organic, grass-fed and pasture-raised. Snacks are refined-sugar free, and packed with protein and fiber. Sandwich bread is home-made gluten-free sourdough. All items are prepared in a non-toxic kitchen and packaged in eco-friendly bamboo containers. Additional allergies and/or preferences can be catered to, so please don't hesitate to ask.

Chicken salad picnic box with crackers, veggies, apples and almond butter

Greek meatballs with rice, tomato and cucumber salad, tzatziki and grapes
