Refunds & Cancelations
All after-school program sign-ups are final. Due to limited space and advance planning, we’re unable to offer cancellations, refunds, or credits once registration is complete. We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us keep our programs consistent for all participants.
Liability Waiver and Release (Under 18)
By participating in any Raphael Springs Academy (RSA) program, parents and legal guardians acknowledge and agree to the following:
RSA enrichment programs may include physical movement, outdoor activities, arts and crafts, and other hands-on learning experiences that carry inherent risks of accident or injury. Parents affirm that their child is in suitable health to participate and assume full responsibility for any risks involved.
In consideration of participation, parents and guardians release and hold harmless Raphael Springs Academy, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, landlords, and fellow participants (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability, claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising from participation in RSA programs. Parents further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss or expense, including attorney’s fees, resulting from injury, death, or property damage related to their or their child’s acts or omissions.
RSA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
By submitting the enrollment form, parents or guardians acknowledge they have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this waiver.
Private Membership Association (PMA) Acknowledgment and Waiver
Raphael Springs Academy operates as a private membership-based education program to preserve the freedom, safety, and values that our families care deeply about. Therefore participation requires a membership.
By becoming a member, families join a like-minded community that shares a commitment to parental rights, medical freedom, purposeful education, and a childhood experience free from political or ideological influence. Our private structure allows us to set our own standards, create intentional learning spaces, and remain independent from state mandates that don’t align with our mission.
Requiring membership helps ensure that every child and family in our space is here by choice, aligned in values, and committed to the kind of respectful, high-trust environment where deep learning and personal growth can happen.
