Step into a sanctuary of sound where vibration becomes medicine for the body, mind, and spirit. Guided by sound alchemist Paulina Rose, this experience immerses you in waves of crystal bowls, gongs, and chimes that gently move through the body—dissolving tension, releasing stagnant emotions, and restoring natural harmony.
As the frequencies wash over you, your nervous system is invited into deep relaxation, the mind quiets, and the heart opens to a greater sense of balance and clarity. Many participants describe feelings of peace, emotional release, heightened intuition, and even a renewed sense of connection to their authentic self.
Paulina weaves her background in Kundalini yoga, herbal wisdom, and ceremonial practice into each sound bath, creating not just a session of listening, but a journey of healing and remembrance. This is an opportunity to reset your energy, align with your natural rhythm, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and deeply nourished.

G.E.M. (Guide • Enrich • Move) Class offers movement-based enrichment programs for curious kids in collaboration with local community spaces. Through active games, logic challenges, and real-world experiences, children strengthen coordination, critical thinking, communication, leadership, and teamwork. Founded by licensed educator and homeschool mom Kisha Brown, G.E.M. Class draws on nearly 20 years of experience and a connection-over-correction approach to create small-group environments where every child feels seen, supported, and inspired to grow.

A focused 30 min session is prefect for those seeking a quick but powerful energetic reset. Using Reiki and/or angelic healing frequencies, Mollie clears and recharges your chakras, heals energy leakages that may be draining your vitality, and releases energetic cords that no longer serve your highest good. While restoring balance and vitality to your energy field, Mollie remains open to intuitive messages from your Soul, sharing any insights that arise to support your healing journey. You will leave feeling lighter, more centered, and aligned.

Mother’s Haven is a 30-minute exhale for moms.
A space to slow down, come back into our bodies, reconnect with our wombs, and release some of what we’ve been carrying.
Motherhood asks us to hold so much — our children, our families, our emotions, our responsibilities, and often everyone else’s needs before our own.
For these 30 minutes, we don’t have to hold it all.
We’ll come together through gentle womb connection and somatic release, while also creating space to share our stories, be witnessed, and support one another.
